  • When can I move in?

If there is storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal office hours. Please contact us to set up a time to look at units.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, to legally terminate this lease and possession of unit, a written notice must be given from the Lessee(s) to the management office at least ten (10) days prior to the last day of the calendar month. If notice is not given in writing (10) days prior to the last day of the calendar month, the Lessee(s) shall remain responsible for payment of rent on the referenced unit until a Notice to Vacate Form is received by management office.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • If I need to upsize or downsize my unit, what is the easiest way to do so?

Our staff is equipped to help with both the logistics of moving to a larger or smaller unit and adjusting the pricing difference. We will need to have some notice, for more information please contact the manager.

  • How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check (no third-party checks), money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Store All accepts all major credit cards, cash, and checks. For your convenience, you can make a payment online at our website, over the phone, or in person. We also offer a convenient automatic payment option where your storage rent can be easily charged to your credit card every month. Personal checks are accepted with the name and address of the account holder; we do not accept third party checks.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

No, we do not have moving supplies on hand.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator/Space Estimator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Can I visit your facility before I commit to renting a unit(s)?

We encourage you to do so, and our staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have. We encourage you to come by after a rainstorm and we will prove to you our units stay dry and your property is safe and secure.
